home sweet home

I'm home! After taking more than 24 hours. It was an arduous journey home, really. Flight delay for 2+ hours due to snow blizzard in Frankfurt ("today the airport is in chaos") which caused us to miss our connecting flight back to Singapore.

Will rant about Lufthansa and my terrible morning that time another time. SIA treated us nicely enough which was good.

The point of this entry is, I missed my 3 lectures today! :X Okay fine, 2 lectures rather. Could've made it for the third one if I had enough willpower. This is what jet lag does to you - it sucks away your energy and cause you to oversleep. This always happens though - it's not new. After every long-haul flight back I will sleep until 1plus pm the next day. Just that this time it came one day late.

I can't believe I overslept! Oversleeping almost never happens to me, believe it or not. Totally slept through my alarm, which never happens as well. I vaguely remember pulling my blanket to cover my naked legs (stared at my legs in awe the first time I wore FBTs after I came back; I had been so covered up!) and kicking my cushion onto the floor --- but I wasn't conscious then I think.

Haven't finished unpacking, but I think I need to start packing for hall soon --- I'm moving in like, tomorrow :/ 'Cos I have a 6pm-9pm seminar *Screams*

Sigh. Haven't stop perspiring since. At least I've chopped off my tresses now (!!!). Anyway, I'll still be updating this blog about the last few weeks of traveling + adventures while coming home + photos, so stay tuned!


Excited for Lynn and Kel, who are now going to live the life (while freezing their butts off hehe).
